    Passionate about the packing of my music I designed this packaging with the awesome illustrations of Angus MacKinnon and the photograph or Rob Blackham.

    A environmentally-friendly CD package including a full colour booklet printed on recycled paper of 8 pages behind the inside left panel of the digipak.

    The discs trays are not made from clear plastic like most digipaks, but are made from recycled egg boxes and have a central cork stud to mount the disc on. The four page printed outer is also made from 100% recycled card stock with a slightly rougher texture than the standard digipaks.

When Redtenbacher’s Funkestra gigs were still possible ‘Cool Beans’ was always an audience favourite. This stomping wall-to-wall funk piece with a larger-than-life bass line certainly justifies to be on the ‘Big FUNK Band’ album. The rhythm section is extended by a big band horn section and a live string section. The featured soloists are guitar wizard Mike Outram and Paul Jordanous on trumpet.
